Our products are in ready stock, this means next day shipment with orders placed up to 16 o'clock in the afternoon! Some products have slower shipments as they have some customization work before dispatch it. As soon as we ship your order your will receive a confirmation email with the confirmation of the shipped products and tracking number. If you have create an account on the website you will be able to follow the progress of your order and see also previous orders in your account.

DO I RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING ON MY ORDER?

On all orders above 150 Euro we offer free shipping! We always make sure your item is quickly shipped and delivered to you through the best couriers. Free shipping is applied within Europe and with the standard shipping service. If you wish to have Express shipping, please contact us directly.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?

Our products are in ready stock, this means next day shipment! After receiving your order we will ship the same day up to 16 o'clock in the afternoon! Some products have slower shipments, this will be communicated clearly along with the product. In that situation shipment will be completed as soon as we have received the product ourselves. The delivery depends on the country, delivery is most of the time within 48 hours, sometimes it can take up to 5 days. With Express Shipping the delivery time will be between 24h and 72h, depending on the location.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

After shipping your order your will receive a confirmation email of your order including a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. By clicking on the link you'll be able to follow the shipment and modify the delivery address and date.
